Currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist for a great opportunity in the Boston MA or Providence RI area. The ideal candidate will possess recruiting experience or knowledge of the recruiting process. This individual will source top talent and find solutions for job fulfillment challenges.
Responsibilities of the Senior Recruiter
• Sell against our competitors and influence job seekers to pursue employment opportunities through our company.
• Build, manage and maintain a diverse talent network aligned with specific industry needs.
• Recruit, interview, retain and develop candidates; understand their needs and professional goals.
• Become an expert in the industries you support; advise candidates on client expectations, desired skills and wage expectations.
• Market the candidate’s skills, knowledge and abilities to our Staffing Consultants so we can provide clients with the best matched talent.
